Well Water

Kangen Water vs Well Water

Judging Kangen Water vs artesian & glacier water (currently artesian well water) for characteristics is an interesting process. Artesian water is naturally pressurized deposits of water comes up to the surface when a well is sunk. There are many artesian areas around the globe, many of which are showing the strain of overuse and contaminants in the soil. Throughout history, artesian wells have been assigned an almost mystical or magical quality.

In fact, artesian water has the same quantities as those from standard wells. There are minerals, contaminates, organisms and other components that are found in the artesian waters. Although advertising campaigns made a great deal of fuss over artesian water, it can’t be distinguished by taste or composition from regular water sources. When the underground conditions are right and a well is drilled, the downward pressure on the water source causes the water in a lower level to be pushed upward to the surface of the ground.

Water from the natural water cycle process coming from the surface filters through the aquifer which removes many of the impurities. The natural process can require many years, making it harder and harder for the purification process to keep up with the uses to which man puts the land. Crops are produced at a higher level. Farmers add fertilizers and pesticides to speed up the growth process. The surface water becomes contaminated.

Livestock waste can add more nitrates to the soil, with linked runoff for pollution of the ground water. As late as 1984, it was found that one in every five artesian wells had nitrate levels that were elevated. More than ten percent of wells were determined to have nitrate levels in an amount that exceeds safe usage levels. Natural filtration process work, but they require years rather than days in order to work properly.

Glacier water is that formed when glaciers melt and the water enters the water cycle. The water is sometimes advertised as being purer than ground sourced water, but that is not necessarily true. Where pollutants or precipitation has been combined with water from glaciers, it shows the same impurities as other water.

Use Kangen Water vs artesian & glacier water (currently artesian well water) for an easy choice when you do the research. Kangen brand water offers a healthier pH level, fewer contaminates and more minerals for great taste. Alkaline water has been linked to alleviation of symptoms for a number of diseases where the body has gone to an acidic state. Drinking water with a higher pH value helps to balance the acidic composition of the bloodstream.
