Oil & Kangen Water Mix!

Another demonstration involves mixing Strong Kangen Water with pure sesame oil. In science class we’ve been taught that oil and water don’t mix, and that is what we would all believe. But by pouring a 100 ml of sesame oil into two separate clear cups and adding water, we will witness the impossible.

Adding bottled water to the first cup causes exactly what you would expect to happen: The oil and the water don’t mix and the oil surfaces to the top. This is what we were led to believe is normal.

Now here comes the exciting part. Adding Strong Kangen Water, which has a pH greater than 11 to the same oil instantly emulsifies (mixes) with 100% pure sesame oil! Again, this is the water that has the amazing cleansing or detergent-like properties, which has many, many uses and applications in your home.

An emulsion is a mixture of two or more unbendable liquids. Emulsification can only happen one liquid is able to break down the fats of the liquid it is added to. For this reason, Strong Kangen Water is not for drinking in large quantities because it would be like drinking a non-chemical detergent.
